GUEST INFORMATION LETTER

Thank you for attending our Portrait Party! I hope you will find it a very enjoyable experience.
Portrait Parties are a fun and convenient opportunity to capture beautiful professional images of your children. Since the event takes place at a friend or family member's home, the children are comfortable and at their most natural. Parties are a special NO SESSION FEE event offered by Nancy Ziller. Each guest family is scheduled for a 15 minute photography session. In that time period, I will capture images in a "studio" environment.

During your 15 minute session, images of groups, individuals or a combination of both can be taken. You may even want to include yourself in the photographs. When your reserved time period arrives, please bring only your children being photographed into the photography area. Friends or other children can be a major distraction to your child during shooting, so I have to ask that no others are in the area during your session. We only have 15 minutes to capture your images and we want to make the most of it!

Your proofs will be posted online at my website within four days of the Portrait Party. I will let your Hostess know as soon as they are ready to be viewed. Your proofs will be online for a period of ten days only...no exceptions.

Your Hostess has worked very hard to arrange this Portrait Party. For hosting this event, she will be earning "Hostess Rewards", which are credits earned from a percentage of total print sales, and redeemable on her own portrait order. Orders must be placed during the ten days your proofs are online to qualify for the Rewards program. Therefore, to place an order, please give your completed Order Form to your Hostess. She will be collecting all orders, and distributing the prints to you when they arrive. If you need an Order Form, or an additional Order Form, please go online to your Proof page. You can select your prints there, and print out the order form to give to your Hostess.
